Payments
Credit or Debit card details will taken either via the web site or on the telephone for customers who do not have a credit facility set up with Alliance Asset Management PLC for Corporate Rental Product. Details will be held securely by our finance department for payment of vehicle rentals or fuel charges associated to vehicles rentals. All payments will be processed using PAY PAL™
Cancellation & Refund
In the event that a credit or debit card payment has been taken by PAY PAL™ and rental vehicle/s is cancelled then a refund for monies taken less our cancellation fee will be processed through PAY PAL™ to refund monies to the customer on the Credit or debit card the payment was originally taken from.
